• We strive to ship orders quickly. If all items are in stock, orders are usually shipped within 4 days after being placed, and often even faster. If an item is out of stock, there will be a delay of one week.
• However, during peak periods (such as new product launches and holidays), you need to allow a few more days for processing. Please note that once your package reaches the post office, we have no control over its whereabouts, but we will provide you with a tracking number.
• We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on certain products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
• We have a warehouse in California. Depending on the destination, it takes 5 to 7 days for the package to be delivered.
